Pass the Peace and the DRESSING!
Decolonize the holiday season while navigating family gatherings without losing your sanity or soul!
Service Description
A class focused on surviving and transforming holiday discussions. Spice up your table talk without burning out or burning bridges. I'll teach you how to pass the DRESSING (and equity) when the conversation gets messy. Let's bring seasoning, soul, and strategy to your Holiday table. Together we’ll explore how to decolonize the traditions we’ve inherited, set sacred boundaries, and practice liberation—even when tensions rise around the table. ***You’ll walk away with: 🕊️The D.R.E.S.S.I.N.G. framework for decolonizing family gatherings and real-life scripts for interrupting harm without escalating conflict 🕊️Mind-body grounding techniques for before, during, and after hard conversations 🕊️A renewed understanding of what peace and connection can look like in liberatory community; let's not burnout or disengage. 🕊️ 🕊️🕊️Because peace isn’t passive—it’s a practice.🕊️🕊️🕊️
